四联针穴位注射治疗急性哮喘疗效分析

目的:探讨四联针(氨茶碱、山莨菪碱、地塞米松、利多卡因)穴位注射治疗急重性哮喘的疗效。方法:采用随机对照方法,将44例危重哮喘发作患者分为穴位注射组和肌肉注射组,每组22例。所有受试者观察肺功能、呼吸、哮鸣音变化。依据严重程度计分,平均值为临床指数。结果:以穴位注射组和对照组给药后,分别观察1、2、6H,FEV1预计值％、PEF占预计值％、临床指数值,进行比较,差异均有显著性(P<0.01);穴位注射组三项指标与对照组比较,差异均有显著性(P<0.01)。穴位注射组有效率(95％)与对照组(62％)比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:四联针穴位注射是治疗重症哮喘发作的理想方法,且穴位注射2h后可出现明显的治疗作用。

Tetragenous injection acupuncture point therapy for severe and acute asthma

Objective: To evaluate the clinical effects of tetragenous injection ( Aminophyline, Dexamethasone, Lidocaine, Anisodamine) acupun-ture point therapy in patients with severe and acute asthma. Methods: 42 patients with severe and acute were assigned in a randomized fasion to receive either acupuncture point therapeutic group or intramuscular injection, before and after therapy, the scores of the activity of accessory respiratory muscles,dyspnea,wheezing (clinical index) and lung function were documented. Results: At 1, 2, 6, h after therapy, FEV1% (PEF%); clinical index cupuncture point therapeuti group and (FEV1 % ) , PEF% ; clinical index in control group were difference markedly comperaed with before acupuncture point theraputic group; respectively , all conclusions acupuncture point therapy should be an effective therapy for patients with and acute severe asthma, and therapeutic effects as soon as 2 h after therapy. The method is simple rapid peculiarity , suggestion expansion.
