抑郁症患者治疗依从性及有关因素分析

目的 了解影响抑郁症患者治疗依从性的有关因素,降低抑郁症的复发率.方法 对符合CCMD-3抑郁发作诊断标准的80例抑郁症患者治疗依从性及有关因素进行调查.结果 完全依从35例(43.7%),部分依从33例(41.3%),不依从12例(15.0%).其中年龄、文化、家庭状况、护理质量、护患关系、药物不良反应、自知力及社区医疗服务现状与治疗依从性关系密切.结论 医务人员的优质服务、伙伴式护患关系,有效的健康教育方式以及良好的社区医疗服务网络均有利于提高抑郁症患者治疗的依从性.

COMPLIANCE OF PATIENTS WITH DEPRESSION AND CORRELATIVE FACTORS
