| 摘 要： | 大鼠妊娠第１ｄ给予２．５～１２．５ｍｇ／ｋｇ米非司酮或妊娠第１，２ｄ２．５～５．０ｍｇ·ｋｇ－１／ｄ。结果显示：①大鼠妊娠第１ｄ皮下注射米非司酮１０ｍｇ／ｋｇ可完全抗着床，同一剂量单次与分次给药差别无显著性；②大鼠妊娠第１或１，２ｄ应用大剂量米非司酮致妊娠第８ｄ血中雌、孕激素明显下降；③大鼠妊娠第１ｄ应用米非司酮１０ｍｇ／ｋｇ后４８ｈ血中雌、孕激素显著降低。提示用药后血中雌、孕激素下降致胚泡与子宫内膜发育不同步可能是米非司酮影响着床的重要原因

| Abstract: | Mifepristone was administered subcutaneously to rats on Day 1 or Days(1+2) of pregnancy. A higher dose(>10 mg/kg) administered on Day 1 or 5 mg/kg on Days(1+2) reduced the number of implantations to zero in all animals and decreased serum estradiol and progesterone on 8th of pregnancy. Serum estradiol and progesterone levels collected 48 hours after treatment with mifepristone 10 mg/kg on Day 1 of pregnancy were significantly decreased. Accordingly, that the decrease of serum estradiol and progesterone after treatment might be the important reason of the anti implantation effects of mifepristone in rats. |
