中医治疗重症急性胰腺炎的特色护理

重症急性胰腺炎发病急,病情复杂多变,病死率高达20%左右.以往以手术治疗为主,但术后并发症多.近年来,随着中医学的不断发展,多采用中医综合性治疗重症急性胰腺炎(SAP).我院2002年-2007年运用穴位电针法、中药保留灌肠法、吴茱萸热熨、四黄水蜜外敷等具有中医特色的方法治疗SAP 30例,取得满意效果.

Characteristic nursing care of severe acute pancreatitis patients treated with traditional Chinese medicine

Severe acute pancreatitis (SAP) is a complicated and changeable disease and with acute onset. The death rate of SAP is more than 20%. In the past, operation therapy was mainly applied but more postoperative complications had occurred. In recent years, with the continuous development of traditional medicine, comprehensive therapy for severe acute pancreatitis patients is widely recommended. In our hospital, a total of 30 SAP patients from 2002 to 2007 were treated with Chinese characteristic therapies which including acupucture points electric stimulation, retention enema with herbs, hot ironing with Evodia rutaecarpa and external applying the abdomen with Si-Huang water honey. And all of them have gained satisfied curative effect.
