| 摘 要： | ED为男性常见疾病,全球40～70岁男子中患病率达52%。近年来已认识到RhoA/Rho激酶信号通路在维持阴茎萎软与导致ED中发挥重要作用,本文总结了近年来对RhoA/Rho激酶信号通路的研究进展,并阐明其在阴茎勃起中的作用机制,以及NO/cGMP/PKG信号通路与RhoA/Rho激酶信号通路之间的相互关系,为进一步研究阴茎勃起过程中分子信号通路奠定基础。

| Abstract: | Erectile dysfunction (ED) has been plaguing men for a long time and the incidence of this disease is as high as 52% among males aged between 40 and 70. Recent discovery has shown a connection between the RhoA/Rho-kinase signaling system and ED. This paper reviews the progress in the study of RhoA/Rho-kinase signaling pathway, expounds its mechanism in penile erection and provides a base for further research on the role of RhoA/Rho-kinase signaling pathway in penile erection. |
