Early Rehabilitation Nursing on Schizophrenia Patients with Cerebral Apoplexy Hemiplegia

Objective To conduct early rehabilitation training to the schizophrenia patients with cerebral apoplexy hemiplegia during drug treatment, to study the impact on patients with life ability and limb function.Methods A total of 100 patients with cerebral apoplexy hemiplegia schizophrenia were chosen,in which,52 patients as the research object,received early rehabilitation training in 72 hours after the vital signs smoothed.Another 48 people received conventional rehabilitation training.The recovered ability of two sets of patients was compared.Results The total effective rate was 90.4% in rehabilitation group,that of the control group was 68.2%（P〈0.05）.Conclusion For those patients with cerebral apoplexy hemiplegia,early rehabilitation nursing is helpful to improve the quality of life.
