高效节能环保型荧光灯新建项目职业病危害控制效果评价

目的为卫生行政部门对该建设项目的职业卫生竣工验收提供依据,以保护劳动者健康。方法采用职业卫生现场调查、职业卫生检测、职业健康检查等方法进行综合评价。结果该建设项目的厂址选择、总平面布置及设备布局、建筑卫生学、职业卫生防护设施、职业卫生管理等基本符合国家有关法规要求,生产过程中存在的主要职业病危害因素有粉尘（矽尘、白云石粉尘、其他粉尘）,噪声、高温、高频电磁辐射,汞、铅、二氧化硫、一氧化碳、二氧化碳、硫酸、氮氧化物、氢氧化钠、氨、盐酸等。结论该项目为职业病危害严重的建设项目,职业病危害控制措施基本有效,符合我国相关卫生法规和标准的要求。
