| 摘 要： | 目的了解深圳市宝安区观澜街道0～3岁儿童传染病发病情况,为今后针对性地开展儿童传染病防治工作提供依据。方法导出国家疫情网中2005—2009年宝安区观澜街道的数据进行描述性分析。结果 5年间0～3岁法定传染病共发生15种4 093例,无死亡病例。总发病率为1 164.24/10万,发病率居前5位的依次是:其他感染性腹泻、麻疹、细菌性痢疾、手足口病和流行性腮腺炎;男性发病数为2 636例,发病率为749.8/10万;女性发病数为1 457例,发病率为414.4/10万。性别分布显示男性发病高于女性发病,差异有统计学意义(χ2=198.26,P<0.01);观城发病率最高为151.6/10万,其次为大水坑社区为119.8/10万,君子布社区发病率最低为55.5/10万。结论危害观澜街道0～3岁儿童的主要传染病是其他感染性腹泻,控制肠道传染病和强化麻疹疫苗的接种工作仍是该街道婴幼儿传染病防治工作的重点。
