| 摘 要： | 目的:研究MMP-9和TIMP-1在子宫腺肌病中的表达,探讨其在子宫腺肌病发病机制中的作用。方法:采用免疫组化方法检测子宫腺肌病中MMP-9、TIMP-1的表达。结果:MMP-9、TIMP-1在子宫腺肌病异位内膜中表达的阳性率均高于在位内膜及正常子宫内膜(P<0.05),二者在在位内膜与正常子宫内膜的表达差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);子宫腺肌病患者痛经的程度随MMP-9、TIMP-1在异位子宫内膜中表达程度的增高而增高(P<0.05)。结论:MMP-9和TIMP-1的异常表达与子宫腺肌病的发生和生物学行为有关。异位内膜中MMP-9和TIMP-1过度表达与子宫腺肌病痛经的发生有关。
