摘    要:近20年来,我国的高等中医药院校逐步由单一的中医中药模式向以中医药学科为主体、多学科发展的学科专业布局转变.针对教师的科研评价机制是高等中医药院校转型期内涵建设的重要环节,文章针对这一问题对多学科协调发展视野下的中医药院校科研评价存在的问题和应树立的理念作简要探析.

Abstract:In the past 20 years,China's TCM colleges have gradually shifted from single TCM mode to multidisciplinary development mode,taking TCM as the main body.The scientific research evaluation mechanism,which aimed at the teachers,is the important part of connotation construction for those TCM colleges.Problems of the scientific research evaluation mechanism were analyzed.Based on which,some countermeasures were out forward to rebuild the right idea.
