北京市丰台区直接入口食品中食源性致病菌的污染状况

摘    要:目的了解北京市丰台区11类直接入口食品中食源性致病菌的污染状况。方法对丰台区11类餐饮业11种直接入口食品进行了调查,检测方法按照GB/T 4789-2003和WS/T 9-1996进行。结果调查中共检出变形杆菌117株、致病性大肠埃希菌(EPEC)22株、单核细胞增生性李斯特菌3株、副溶血性弧菌2株、金黄色葡萄球菌1株、蜡样芽孢杆菌计数>105/g检出1份,检出率分别为10.47%、1.97%、0.28%、1.16%、0.08%、0.08%。未检出沙门菌、志贺菌和出血性大肠埃希菌(EHEC O157H7/NM);夏秋季检出率高于冬季;熟肉制品及凉拌菜中食源性致病菌检出率较高。结论直接入口食品中致病菌的污染比较严重,夏秋季严重,熟肉制品及凉拌菜中检出率高。
