| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨强调适形放射治疗IMRT联合热疗治疗食管癌的临床疗效。方法:对56例食管癌患者随机分成2组,行单纯IMRT放疗组28例和IMRT联合热疗组28例。治疗结束后3个月进行疗效评价,结果单纯IMRT组CR32.1%(9/28),IMRT联合热疗组CR50%(14/28),经统计学分析,2组间差异有显著性(P<0.05),单纯IMRT组CR+PR67.8%(19/28)。IMRT联合热疗组CR+PR89.2%(25/28),经统计学分析,2组差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:IMRT联合热疗比单纯IMRT治疗效果好,热疗对放疗有协同增敏作用,两者配合对食管癌的治疗有重要的临床应用价值。
