男性患者全麻苏醒期尿管耐受性分析

目的探讨男性患者在全麻诱导前后行留置导尿直至尿管导管拔出后对尿管耐受的程度，及行护理干预对耐受性的影响。方法收集江西省九江市第一人民医院自2009年1—2010年10月全麻诱导前后行留置导尿的男性病人1080例资料，统计其苏醒期拔出尿管导管后，对尿管耐受不同程度的反应。A组为麻醉诱导前行留置导尿者，B组为麻醉诱导后行留置导尿者。另在A组中又分为诱导前行护理干预的A1小组和未行护理干预的A2小组。结果A组耐受性明显好于B组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）；A1小组明显好于A2组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；A1小组更明显好于B组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论男性手术病人于麻醉前实施留置导尿，比麻醉诱导后留置导尿对尿管的耐受性更好。而麻醉前即行护理干预可显著提高该耐受性，从而有利减少不适引起的躁动，安全度过苏醒期。
