| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of sleep quality on choice reaction time in military personnel at high altitude area.Methods A total of 108 military personnel at high altitude area were assessed by PSQI and visual choice reaction time.Results There were 45 military personnel whose total score 7 at high altitude area,accounting for 41.7% and being used as Group A.The 63 personnel whose total score 7 were used as Group B.The military personnel with sleep disorder was prolonged compared to the military personnel without sleep disorder on choice reaction time（0.78±0.19 vs（0.68±0.08）,t=3.07,P0.01）.Conclusion The sleep quality has a significant effect on reaction time. |
