| 摘 要： | 目的探讨鲜牛奶掺水量的快速检验方法。方法采用氟离子选择电极法检测奶中氟含量的变化,以判断鲜奶掺水量。结果所采集纯牛奶的氟含量为0.029 83～0.033 97 mg/L,平均浓度为0.031 51 mg/L。随着鲜奶掺水量增加,电位值相应发生改变。结论该方法可作为奶类掺水量的快速检测方法。

| Abstract: | [Objective]To explore the method for rapid detection of water content in diluted milk. [Methods]Fluoride selective electrode was used to detect the change of fluoride content in milk so as to determine the water content..
