雌激素受体α在子痫前期胎盘的表达及临床意义

目的:通过比较雌激素受体α(ERα)在子痫前期胎盘和正常胎盘中组织细胞的定位,探讨ERα与子痫前期疾病的相关性及其临床意义。方法:用免疫组化SP法检测28例正常足月妊娠胎盘组织和33例子痫前期胎盘组织中ERα的表达。结果:免疫组织化学结果显示两组的ERα均呈阳性表达,子痫前期组的ERα在胎盘细胞滋养细胞的细胞质内或细胞核内的阳性表达率高于正常孕妇组(P<0.05)。结论:免疫组化检查定位于胎盘绒毛细胞滋养细胞、绒毛毛细血管管壁细胞和绒毛间质纤维组织成纤维细胞的ERα作为实现雌激素功能的介导中枢,可能通过调控雌激素的作用参与了子痫前期的发生和发展过程。

Expression and clinical significance of estrogen receptor alpha in placenta of preeclampsia

Objective：To investigate the correlation between estrogen receptor alpha（ERα/ER1） and preeclampsia and their significance through comparison of histological localization of ERα in placenta of pregnant women with preeclampsia and the normal pregnant women.Methods：The expression and histological localization of ERα was detected in placenta of 33 pregnant women with preeclampsia and 28 normal pregnant women by immunohistochemistry.Results：Immunohistochemistry showed that there were expressions of ERα in both groups.Additionally,the expressions of ERα in the cytoplasm or nucleus of cytotrophoblast in the group of pregnant women with preeclampsia were higher than that in the group of normal pregnant women（P0.05）.Conclusion：As the mediated central for ER,ERα in placental villous cytotrophoblast,villous capillary wall cells,and villous interstitial fibrosis fibroblasts may be involved in the occurrence and development of preeclampsia through regulating the function of ER.
