Clinical Comparative Analysis on Depression and Hypertension in Patients

Objective To explore the clinical features of depression and hypertension in patients.Methods With privately-general questionnaire,36 cases of depression and hypertension patients and 36 cases of simple depression inpatients in the same period with social demographic characteristics and disease information,clinical symptom information and total HAMD scale score before and after treatment were collected for statistical analysis.Results The average total number of incidence（t=2.90,P0.05）,the average duration（t=4.38,P0.05）,the average length of stay（t=5.60,P0.05） and the average age（t=7.12,P0.05） of the depression and hypertension patients were significantly higher than those of the patients with simple depression;the clinical symptoms of the patients with depression and hypertension were significantly severe than those of the patients with simple depression（t=4.98,P0.05）;the effects of the patients with depression and hypertension were singnificantly better than the patients with simple depression（χ~2=6.02,P0.05）.Conclusion The clinical symptoms of the patients with depression and hypertension were severe,the clinical effects were poor,the diseases easy to relapse.
