| 摘 要： | 目的了解信阳市性病门诊男性就诊者艾滋病防治知识知晓水平、高危行为特征和艾滋病性病感染现状,为防治策略的制定提供依据。方法设立3个性病门诊监测点,进行问卷调查和采样监测。结果共调查401名性病门诊男性就诊者,平均年龄为38岁,接受艾滋病防治知识水平询问答对6题以上的326人,占81.30%。抽血399人,检测出1例艾滋病病毒感染者。梅毒ELISA方法检测出阳性18例,RPR方法检测出20例阳性。丙型肝炎初筛阳性23例,丙型肝炎复筛阳性23例。结论信阳市性病门诊男性就诊者对艾滋病防治相关知识的认识水平参差不齐,存在不安全行为,已经有艾滋病、梅毒和丙型肝炎的流行。需要加强对人群艾滋病防治知识的宣传教育和行为干预,加强控制艾滋病经性途径传播的工作。
