沿海发达地区农民工医疗保障需求的现状调查

目的:了解沿海发达地区农民工对于医疗保障的需求,为农民工医疗保障政策的制定及实施提供依据.方法:采用多阶段随机抽样、系统抽样相结合的方法对温州1036名农民工进行问卷调查.结果:农民工存在健康状况不佳,卫生服务利用不足,医疗保险参保意识不足,参保意愿低,参保率低的情况.结论:应进一步完善农民工医疗保障政策的制定及实施,加强农民工医疗保障政策宣传,从而提高农民工参保意识,改善其医疗保障及医疗服务利用现状,满足农民工的健康需求.

Investigation of migrant workers' health care needs in developed coastal area
