| 摘 要： | 目的通过对莎车县伤寒暴发疫情的流行病学分析,为查明暴发原因和采取控制措施提供科学依据。方法采用现场调查的方法。结果莎车县伤寒疫情共报告病例253例,发病率为31.63/10万,发病年龄主要集中在20岁以下年龄组,此年龄组占总病例的72.33%。结论该次伤寒暴发疫情主要是因为饮用被污染的自来水,同时也存在食用冰水、凉皮等三凉食品,病家卫生条件差,苍蝇密度高,日常生活接触传播,农民自我保健意识差等多种原因。 |
