| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the electroencephalogram and autonomous nerve reaction of emotion induced by music.Methods A total of 20 graduate students radomly taken out（8 male and 12 women） listened two melodies of identical composition but different instrument.Listening brain electricity and the subjective experience in composition as well as some autonomous nerve physiological reactions were studied with BIOPAC MP150 model polygraph.Results ①Two compositions brought out happy emotion and sad emotion respectively（t=8.90,P〈0.01;t=6.47,P〈0.01）.②The autonomous nerve physiological reactions under two moods were different（F=5.091,P=0.037）.③Under two different emotions,the biggest energy of α wave,β wave and θ wave in different brain area were strengthened.Conclusion The biggest energy of α wave,β wave and θ wave were influenced by emotion,the happy emotion could activate α wave of pillow district and top district, sad emotion could activate α wave of volume district. |
