| 摘 要： | 目的:了解重庆市乡村医生综合素质的现状,提出相应对策.方法:采用问卷调查法对全市39个区县的乡村医生综合素质调查统计,利用Stata统计分析软件进行数据录入与描述.结果:村医以男性为主,年龄31～40岁比例最高,工龄5～14年的比例最大,高中文化为主要学历,执业注册乡村医生为主要执业资格.结论:应该加大女性村医的比例,加大乡村医生培训的经费投入,激励并提高他们的专业水平与执业资格.

| Abstract: | Objective To survey the status of the comprehensive quality of village doctors in Chongqing,and put forward countermeasures.Methods The comprehensive quality of village doctors in 39 counties of Chongqing was surveyed with questionnaire.Data was input and described with statistical analysis software.Results Most village doctors were male.Doctors aged from 31 to 40 years old accounted for the highest proportion.Most of them had job seniority from 5 to 14 years.Their education background was mainly in senior ... |
