| 摘 要： | Public-Private Partnership(PPP,政企合作)是解决非营利性医院融资困难,加快公立医院改革与建设的一条重要路径和尝试.文章在广泛文献研究的基础上,结合PPP在其他行业领域的成功经验,立足医院的实际,设计了医院PPP项目融资的框架结构,希望能对我国医院PPP项目融资的实践有一定的借鉴和指导作用.

| Abstract: | Public-Private Partnership(PPP) is significant to deal with financing difficulties of nonprofit hospitals,and accelerate reform and construction of state-owned hospitals.Based on comprehensive literature research,combined with the successful experiences of PPP in other domains and hospitals' status,the framework of Public-Private Partnership financing projects was designed,which is expected to provide reference for the practices of Public-Private Partnership financing projects for nonprofit hospitals. |
