宫体合并宫颈良性病变行筋膜内子宫切除术87例分析

目的探讨腹式筋膜内子宫切除术的临床应用价值。方法对87例腹壁横切口筋膜内子宫全切术做回顾性分析,并选择同期行传统子宫切除术91例作对照,比较研究组和对照组在手术时间、出血量、排气时间、住院日、术后性功能等方面的差异。结果研究组与对照组在手术时间、术后切口疼痛程度、术后排气时间、术后切口愈合情况及住院天数、自觉性满意度、性功能影响度经统计学处理,差异均有统计学意义。结论腹壁横切口筋膜内子宫全切术与传统子宫全切除术相比,具有手术时间短、出血少、创伤小,术后恢复快、切口美观、对性功能影响小等优点,适宜在基层卫生院推广。

Analysis on 87 Cases of Intrafascial Hysterectomy in Benign Uterine and Cervical lesions
