| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the influence of art therapy on the development of mental health in college students.Methods A total of 20 freshmen recruited were randomly divided into two groups： 10 of them received group psychology counseling,the other 10 were designed as control group.The two groups were tested through SCL-90 and EPQ.Results ①The intervention group had been remarkably better than control group in the improvement of the depression index（P0.01）and some factors such as interpersonal sensitivity,depression,hostility（P0.05）.②the intervention group had been remarkably better than control group in the neurotic mark of EPQ（t=2.36,P0.05）.Conclusions The group art therapy can improve college students＇mental health. |
