新鲜血小板输注和深低温保存血小板输注的疗效比较

目的：比较用新鲜和深低温保存的浓缩血小板悬液治疗急性白血病化疗后血小板减少的疗效。方法：42例患者用新鲜浓缩血小板悬液输注，另外49例用深低温保存血小板输注。结果：输注新鲜血小板组共接受血小板输注79次，平均每例输注1．88次,CCI值有效率35．4％，临床疗效有效率88．09％；输注深低温保存血小板组共131次．平均每例2．67次，CCI值有效率16．79％,临床疗效有效率81．63％；两组间比较CCI值及输注次数差异有统计学意义，临床疗效比较无统计学意义。结论：输注新鲜血小板疗效优于输注深低温保存的血小板。

Compare the transfusion effect between fresh platelet and frozen platelet

Objective:To compare with the effect of transfusion between fresh and frozen platelet in treating thromobocytopenia caused by postchemotherapeutic in patients with acute leukemia.Methods:42 patients were treated with fresh platelet and 49 patients treated with frozen platelet.Results:The group with the fresh platelet transfusion were received 79 times transfusions,each case was received 1.88 average times,the effective rate of the corrected count index (CCI) was 35.4%,the clinical effective rate was 88.9%;the group with the frozen platelet transfusion were received 131 times,each case was received 2.67 average times,the effective rate of CCI was 16.79%,the clinical effective rate was 81.63%.The differences of CCI and the times of platelet transfusion between two groups was significant (P<0.05); and the clinical effect was no difference (P>0.05).Conclusions:The effect of the fresh platelet transfusion is better than the frozen platelet transfusion.
