| 摘 要： | 根据类风湿性关节炎(RA)临床表现及特点，认为湿邪在RA的发病中起重要作用，湿邪贯穿于RA病程始终，风、寒、热、痰、瘀则出现在疾病的不同阶段，在治疗RA过程中，要重视化湿法的应用。金教授治疗RA，根据兼夹证的不同，临床常用治湿九法。

| Abstract: | Based on the clinical manifestations and characteristics of rheumatoid arthritis (RA), Prof. JIN considered that damp is an important factor of the occurrence of RA. The pathogenic damp exists in the whole course of disease, and wind, cold, heat, phlegm and blood - stasis were appears in the different stages of RA. He put stress the application of the principle of removing damp were used clinically. |
