万向单侧多功能外固定支架治疗四肢骨折

目的　评估万向单侧多功能外固定支架治疗四肢骨折的疗效。方法　肱骨干骨折、胫腓骨骨折切开复位后穿螺纹针上外固定架。股骨颈骨折在X线监控下复位 ,闭合平行于股骨颈及垂直股骨干穿入螺纹针上外固定架。结果　肱骨干骨折优良率 10 0 % ,胫腓骨骨折优良率 88% ,股骨颈骨折优良率 93 3%。结论　此种方法治疗简单安全 ,减少了骨不连、骨髓炎的发生 ,避免了病人长期石膏或夹板固定的痛苦

Assessment of Treatment of Limb Fracture with Universal Lateral-multifunctional External Holder

Objective To discuss the curative effect of treatment of limb fracture with universal lateral-multifunctional external holder. Methods The external holder was fixed after putting screw-needle when incision and restoration of femoral, tibia and fibula fracture were made. The external holder was fixed after putting screw-needle parallel with neck and vertical with femoral trunk when incision and restoration of femoral neck fracture were made under X-ray monitor. Results The excellent and good rate were 100% in femoral fracture, 88% in tibia and fibula fractures and 93.3% in femoral neck fracture. Conclusion This method might be easy and safe and could reduce the disconnection and myelitis to avoid pain due to splint and plaster in long term treatment.
