| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨睡眠期AEEG对癫痫的诊断意义、优点及诊断中的注意事项。方法：分析我们应用MB8000型AEEG仪监测到的836例癫痫患自然睡眠脑电图。结果：836例，正常106例(12．7％)，非特异性异常61例(7．3％)，痫样放电669例(80．0％)。结论：睡眠动态脑电图可反映睡眠结构和夜间异常放电的发作情况；同时AEEG可观察临床发作的全过程及发作时脑电图的演变过程，能更明确局限性癫痫诊断及定位，也可为全身性发作寻找致痫病灶。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the diagnostic significance, advantages and notes of sleep ambulatory electroencephalography (AEEG) in epilepsy. Methods: 836 cases of natural sleep EEG monitored by MB 800-type AEEG apparatus were analyzed. Results: In them, 106 cases were normal (12. 7%) , 61 cases were atypical abnormal (7.3%), 669cases were monitored to have epileptic discharge ( 80.0 %) . Conclusions: Sleep AEEG can reflect the sleep structure and abnormal discharge during the period of night, can be used to observe the whole process of clinical seizures and the dynamic change of EEG in seizures. It is helpful to the diagnosis and localization of localized seizure, to find the focus of generalized seizure. |
