软组织多形性透明变性血管扩张性肿瘤1例及文献复习

目的 探讨软组织多形性透明变性血管扩张性肿瘤(pleomorphic hyalinizing angicctatic tumor of soft parts，PHAT)的临床病理学特点。方法 通过HE、组织化学和免疫组织化学染色观察1例发生于腹壁的PHAT，并对文献中报道的64例进行复习。结果 该肿瘤显示以下的形态学改变：大量簇状分布的薄壁血管，部分明显扩张；肿瘤细胞有明显的多形性，密集或稀疏的分布在血管之间；血管壁、血管周围及瘤细胞之间有明显的透明变性。免疫表型：肿瘤细胞表达vimentin、CD34、VEGF，少量表达CD99。随访7个月，无复发。结论 PHAT是一种低度恶性的软组织肿瘤，其组织学形态有明显特点，起源尚不清楚。

Plemorphic hyalinizing angiecatic tumor of soft parts: a case reporot and review of litertue

Purpose To study the clinicopathological features of pleomorphic hyalinizing angiecatic tumor of soft parts(PHAT).Methods A case of PHAT was examined by light microscopy,histochemical stain and immunohistochemistry.Results On histological examination,the well-circumscribed tumor was characterized by the presence of clusters of thin-walled ecstatic vessels,plemorphic neoplastic cells arranged in sheets or cords between those ecstatic vessels,prominent perivascular and intercellular hyalinization.Immunohistochemically,the tumor was positive for vimentin,CD34,VEGF,CD99. Follow-up data showed no signs of local recurrence.Conlusion PHAT is distinctive low-grade sarcoma and the cellular origin remains to be investigated.
