| 摘 要： | 目的:总结应用补片法无张力修补治疗腹壁切口疝。方法:回顾分析我院15例应用聚丙烯材料修补腹壁切口疝患者的术前准备、手术方法及术后处理。结果:15例均治愈,随访5个月~2年无复发。结论:应用补片法无张力修补治疗腹壁切口疝是一种安全、合理、有效的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:To summarize the clinical applicance of patch in treating abdominal incisional hernia.Methods:In 15 cases of abdominal incisional herina underwent repair with polypropylene patch,the preoperative preparation,surgical methods and postoperative management were retrospectively analyzed.Results:Followed up between 5 months and 2 years,no case recurred.Conclusion:The Patch technique is safe,feasible and effective in repairing abdominal incisional herina without tension. |
