| 摘 要： | 为客观、有效地评价教学质量和教学效果,发现教学过程中的薄弱环节以及存在的问题,文章从试卷的题型结构、预计难度、考试的有效性、与考试大纲制订的目标或教学目标的吻合程度及题量等几方面,对我国北方13所医学院校近3年的机能考试试卷进行了研究。详细地分析与讨论试卷中存在的问题,并提出了一些建议。

| Abstract: | To ensure the building quality of basic item pool and to effectively measure the quality of medical exam questions, this paper analyzes the questions of the basic testing papers from 13 north medical colleges and universities in many aspects such as cognitive rank, difficulty, conformity, core content, etc. Having found the main problems of the testing papers, the authors supply the viewpoint for improvement and make better foundation for the building of item pool. |
