| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨Fas、FasL、Bcl-2在胃癌组织中的表达及其相关性.方法:应用免疫组化技术S-P染色法对20例正常胃组织和72例胃癌组织进行Fas、FasL、Bcl-2蛋白表达,光密度测定进行统计检测.结果:高、中分化胃腺癌中Fas蛋白表达显著高于低分化腺癌(P＜0.05),Bcl-2蛋白表达在高分化腺癌中显著低于低分化腺癌(P＜0.05).本组Fas与Bcl-2呈负相关(r=-0.391).结论:Fas、FasL、Bcl-2蛋白表达失衡与胃癌的进展及预后密切相关.对于胃癌的诊疗具有一定的实用价值.

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the expression of Fas,FasL and Bcl-2 in gastric cancer and its significance.Methods:20 cases of normal gastric mucosa,72 cases of gastric cancer were examined with immunohistochemistry technique.Results:The expression of Fas in well differentiated cancer was higher than that in poorly differentiated cancer(P<0.05).The expressions of Fas and Bcl-2 protein were negatively correlated(r=-0.391).Conclusion:Fas may be helpful in predicting the prognosis of patients.Imbalance of Bcl-2 and Fas ex... |
