摘    要:目的 探讨鼻区骨折行螺旋CT扫描表面遮盖法 (SSD)重建的技术要点。方法  69例鼻区骨折进行螺旋CT扫描 ,运用CT随机 3D软件用SSD重建技术作图像后处理。分析影响重建图像质量的重要因素 ,包括图像重建算法、图像的大小、重叠扫描、阈值的选择等。结果 层厚 3mm ,螺距 1~ 1 5mm ,重建间距 2mm的螺旋扫描和层厚 3mm ,间距 2mm的重叠扫描 ,适当阈值显示的图像光滑、细腻 ,伪影较少。结论 合理选择 2DCT和 3D重建技术参数 ,才能获得高质量的 3D图像。

Abstract:Objective: To study the skill of three dimensional reconstruction of spiral CT using surface shaded display(SSD) in fracture of the nasal region. Methods: 69 patients with fracture of the nasal region underwent thin slice scan with spiral CT. 3D softwear of spiral CT was used in this study. The images were processed with the shaded surface display method. The main factors influencing imaging quality,including algorithms,size,overlapping scan and the selection of threshold were retrospectively analyzed. Results: Images obtained with spiral scan of 3mm collimation,pitch 1,1.5,2mm reconstruction interval,or axia overlapping scan of 3mm collimation,2mm interval,or appropriate threshold showed smoothness and exquisiteness on the surface and loss artifacts. Conclusion: A highly qualified three-dimensional image depended on parameters properly selected and matched in 2D and 3D-reconstruction.
