连续性护理干预对扩张型心肌病合并心力衰竭患者生活质量及护理满意度的影响

目的探讨连续性护理干预对扩张型心肌病合并心力衰竭患者生活质量及护理满意度的影响。方法选择我院2018年2月至2019年3月收治的80例扩张型心肌病合并心力衰竭患者,随机分为对照组(n=40)和观察组(n=40)。对照组行常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上行连续性护理干预,比较两组的负性情绪、生活质量及护理满意度。结果干预后,两组的SAS、SDS评分均低于干预前,且观察组的SAS、SDS评分低于对照组(P均<0.05);观察组的生活质量评分及护理满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对扩张型心肌病合并心力衰竭患者进行连续性护理干预,可有效缓解其负性情绪,提高其生活质量及护理满意度,值得临床推广。

Influence of Continuous Nursing Intervention on Quality of Life and Nursing Satisfaction Degree in Patients with Dilated Cardiomyopathy Complicated with Heart Failure

Objective To explore the influence of continuous nursing intervention on quality of life and nursing satisfaction degree in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy complicated with heart failure.Methods 80 patients with dilated cardiomyopathy complicated with heart failure admitted to our hospital from February 2018 to March 2019 were selected and randomly divided into control group(n=40)and observation group(n=40).The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group received continuous nursing intervention on the basis of control group.The negative emotions,quality of life and nursing satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were lower than those before intervention,and the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(all P<0.05).The quality of life scores and nursing satisfaction degree of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Continuous nursing intervention in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy complicated with heart failure can effectively alleviate the negative emotions,improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction degree,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
