奥曲肽和垂体后叶素治疗肝硬化上消化道出血的疗效对比

目的对比奥曲肽和垂体后叶素治疗肝硬化上消化道出血的疗效。方法选取我院2017年8月至2019年2月收治的肝硬化上消化道出血患者100例,随机分为对照组和观察组各50例。对照组采用垂体后叶素治疗,观察组采用奥曲肽治疗,比较两组的止血时间、住院时间、不良反应发生率及治疗前后的血清胰高血糖素水平。结果观察组的止血时间、住院时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的血清胰高血糖素水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的不良反应发生率为14.00%,明显低于对照组的50.00%(P<0.05)。结论与垂体后叶素比较,采用奥曲肽治疗肝硬化上消化道出血患者可更加快速止血,降低机体胰高血糖素水平及不良反应发生率,值得临床推广。

Comparison on the Efficacy of Octreotide and Pituitrin in the Treatment of Upper Gastrointestinal Hemorrhage due to Cirrhosis

Objective To compare the clinical effect of octreotide and pituitnn in the treatment of upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage due to cirrhosis.Methods 100 patients with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage due to cirrhosis admitted to our hospital from August 2017 to February 2019 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with pituitnn,and the observation group was treated with octreotide.The hemostasis time,hospitalization time,incidence of adverse reactions and the serum glucagon levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The hemostasis time and hospitalization time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum glucagon level of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 14.00%,significantly lower than 50.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Compared with pituitnn,octreotide in the treatment of patients with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage due to cirrhosis can stop bleeding more quickly,reduce the body glucagon level and the incidence of adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
