水飞蓟宾联合替诺福韦治疗慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化的临床研究

目的研究水飞蓟宾联合替诺福韦治疗慢性乙型肝炎(CHB)肝纤维化的临床疗效。方法将120例CHB肝纤维化患者随机分为对照组(n=60)和观察组(n=60)。对照组采用替诺福韦治疗,观察组采用水飞蓟宾联合替诺福韦治疗,对比两组治疗后相关肝功能指标、治疗前后肝硬度值(LSM)及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,观察组的ALT、AST、血清HBV DNA定量、AFP、LSM均明显低于对照组,HBsAg、HBeAg、HBeAb转阴率明显高于对照组(P均<0.05)。两组的不良反应发生率(1.67%vs.3.33%)比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论水飞蓟宾联合替诺福韦治疗CHB肝纤维化可有效改善患者相关肝功能指标,降低其肝脏硬度,且不良反应较少,值得临床推广。

Clinical Study on Silibinin Combined with Tenofovir in the Treatment of Chronic Hepatitis B Liver Fibrosis

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of silibinin combined with tenofovir in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B(CHB)liver fibrosis.Methods 120 patients with CHB liver fibrosis were randomly divided into the control group(n=60)and the observation group(n=60).The control group was treated with tenofovir,and the observation group was treated with silibinin combined with tenofovir.The related liver function indicators after treatment,liver stiffness values(LSM)before and after treatment and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the ALT,AST,serum HBV DNA quantification,AFP and LSM of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the negative conversion rates of HBsAg,HBeAg and HBeAb were significantly higher than those of the control group(all P<0.05).No statistical difference was found in the incidence of adverse reactions(1.67%vs.3.33%)between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Silibinin combined with tenofovir in the treatment of CHB liver fibrosis can effectively improve the related liver function indicators,and reduce the liver stiffness with fewer adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
