安珂微创旋切术治疗乳腺良性肿物患者的临床疗效研究

目的探讨安珂微创旋切术治疗乳腺良性肿物的临床疗效。方法选取我院2016年7月至2018年6月拟行外科手术治疗的122例乳腺良性肿物患者,根据手术方式分为A组和B组各61例。A组采用安珂微创旋切术,B组采用常规开放手术。比较两组患者的手术指标、术后并发症及疼痛情况、满意度。随访1年,观察术区吸收情况。结果与B组比较,A组的切口长度、切口愈合时间、住院时间、手术时间较短,术中出血量及VAS评分较低(P均<0.05)。A组的并发症发生率明显低于B组(P<0.05)。A组术后满意度明显高于B组(P<0.05)。A组术区吸收时间短于B组(P<0.05)。结论安珂微创旋切术治疗乳腺良性肿物的效果显著,并发症少且患者满意度高,值得临床推广应用。

Study on the Clinical Efficacy of EnCor Minimally Invasive Circumcision in the Treatment of Benign Breast Masses

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of EnCor minimally invasive circumcision in the treatment of benign breast masses.Methods 122 patients with benign breast masses undergoing surgery in our hospital from July 2016 to June 2018 were selected and divided into group A and group B according to the operation methods,with 61 cases in each group.Group A received EnCor minimally invasive circumcision,while group B received routine open surgery.The operation indicators,postoperative complications and pain,and the satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups.Both groups were followed up for 1 year to observe the absorption of operation area.Results Compared with group B,the incision length,incision healing time,hospitalization time and operation time of group A were shorter,and the intraoperative blood loss and VAS score were lower(all P<0.05).The incidence of complications in group A was significantly lower than that in group B(P<0.05).The postoperative satisfaction degree of group A was significantly higher than that of group B(P<0.05).The absorption time of operation area in group A was shorter than that in group B(P<0.05).Conclusions EnCor minimally invasive circumcision in the treatment of benign breast masses has significant effect,fewer complications and higher patient satisfaction degree,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
