枸橼酸咖啡因联合机械通气治疗新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征的临床疗效分析

摘    要:目的分析枸橼酸咖啡因联合机械通气治疗新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征(NRDS)的临床疗效。方法选择我院2012年1月至2017年12月收治的50例NRDS患儿,分为对照组和干预组各25例,对照组采用机械通气治疗,观察组采用枸橼酸咖啡因联合机械通气治疗,观察两组的临床疗效以及治疗前后的PaO2、PaCO2、OI。结果干预组治疗总有效率为84.00%,显著高于对照组的52.00%(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患儿的PaO2、PaCO2、OI比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患儿的PaO2升高,PaCO2、OI降低,且干预组的PaO2高于对照组,PaCO2、OI低于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论采用枸橼酸咖啡因联合机械通气治疗NRDS患儿能显著提高临床疗效,更好地改善血气指标。

Abstract:Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of citrate caffeine combined with mechanical ventilation in the treatment of neonatal respiratory distress syndrome(NRDS).Methods 50 cases of NRDS children admitted to our hospital from January 2012 to December 2017 were selected and divided into control group and intervention group,with 25 cases in each group.The control group was treated with mechanical ventilation.The observation group was treated with citrate caffeine combined with mechanical ventilation.The clinical efficacy,and the PaO2,PaCO2 and OI before and after treatment of the two groups were observed.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the intervention group was 84.00%,significantly higher than 52.00% in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,no statistical difference was found in the PaO2,PaCO2 and OI between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the PaO2 in both groups increased,and the PaCO2 and OI decreased(P<0.05);The PaO2 of the intervention group was higher than that of the control group,and the PaCO2 and OI were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Citrate caffeine combined with mechanical ventilation in the treatment of NRDS children can significantly improve the clinical efficacy and better improve the blood gas indicators.
