锁定钢板内固定支架治疗胫骨粉碎性骨折

目的探讨锁定钢板内固定支架治疗胫骨粉碎性骨折的临床疗效。方法 40例行内固定术治疗的胫骨粉碎性骨折患者随机分为两组各20例,对照组采用传统加压钢板内固定术进行治疗,观察组采用锁定钢板内固定支架进行治疗。比较两组的临床疗效、手术时间、术中出血量、骨折愈合时间及术后并发症。结果观察组的临床疗效显著优于对照组,手术时间、术中出血量、骨折愈合时间均显著少于对照组,术后总并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论锁定钢板内固定支架治疗胫骨粉碎性骨折具有显著的临床疗效,可缩短手术时间,降低手术创伤,促进术后恢复,减少术后并发症的发生。

The Treatment of Tibial Comminuted Fracture with Locking Steel Plate Internal Fixation Bracket

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of locking steel plate internal fixation bracket in the treatment of tibial comminuted fracture.Methods 40 patients with tibial comminuted fracture who received internal fixation treatment were randomly divided into two groups, with 20 cases in each group. The control group was treated with traditional compression plate internal fixation, and the observation group was treated with locking steel plate internal fixation bracket. The clinical efficacy, operation time, intraoperative hemorrhage volume, fracture healing time and postoperative complications were compared between two groups. Results The clinical efficacy of observation group was significantly better than that of control group, the operation time, intraoperative hemorrhage volume and fracture healing time were significantly less than those of control group, and the total incidence of postoperative complications was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Locking steel plate internal fixation bracket has significant clinical efficacy in the treatment of tibial comminuted fracture, which can shorten operation time, reduce surgical trauma, promote postoperative recovery and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
