综合护理对不稳定性骨盆骨折切开复位内固定手术患者的效果

目的探讨综合护理对不稳定性骨盆骨折切开复位内固定手术患者的效果。方法选取2018年3月至2019年3月我院收治的82例不稳定性骨盆骨折患者作为研究对象,按护理模式的不同分为两组各41例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用综合护理。比较两组的术后并发症发生情况;采用GQOL-74评分评价患者护理前后的生活质量,并进行组间比较。结果观察组患者的术后并发症发生率为7.32%,显著低于对照组的36.59%(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组患者的物质生活、躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能等GQOL-74项目评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对不稳定性骨盆骨折切开复位内固定手术患者行综合护理,能够有效降低术后并发症发生率,提高患者的生活质量。

Effect of Comprehensive Nursing on Patients with Unstable Pelvic Fracture Undergoing Open Reduction and Internal Fixation Surgery

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing on patients with unstable pelvic fracture undergoing open reduction and internal fixation surgery.Methods 82 patients with unstable pelvic fracture undergoing open reduction and internal fixation surgery admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were selected as research objects, and were divided into two groups according to the different nursing modes, with 41 cases in each group. The control group received regular nursing, and the observation group received comprehensive nursing on the basis of the control group. The incidences of postoperative complications of two groups were compared. GQOL-74 score was used to evaluate patients’ quality of life before and after nursing, and the GQOL-74 scores of two groups were compared.Results The incidence of postoperative complications of observation group was 7.32%, significantly lower than 36.59% of control group(P<0.05). After nursing, the scores of items of GQOL-74(material life, physical function, psychological function and social function) of observation group were significantly higher than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Comprehensive nursing applied in patients with unstable pelvic fracture undergoing open reduction and internal fixation surgery can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and improve the quality of life of patients.
