预见性护理对宫缩乏力性产后出血患者心理状态及并发症的影响

目的分析预见性护理对宫缩乏力性产后出血患者心理状态及并发症的影响。方法选取2018年1月至2018年6月我院收治的宫缩乏力性产后出血患者30例为对照组,给予常规护理;选取2018年7月至2018年12月我院收治的宫缩乏力性产后出血患者30例为研究组,给予预见性护理。比较两组的出血情况、心理状态以及并发症。结果研究组的出血时间、产后24 h出血量及住院时间均少于对照组,护理后SDS评分和SAS评分均低于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论预见性护理可改善宫缩乏力性产后出血患者的出血情况,缩短住院时间,减轻负面情绪,降低并发症发生率。

Effect of Predictive Nursing on Psychological Status and Complications of Patients with Postpartum Hemorrhage due to Uterine Atony

Objective To analyze the effect of predictive nursing on psychological status and complications of patients with postpartum hemorrhage due to uterine atony.Methods 30 patients with postpartum hemorrhage due to uterine atony in our hospital from January 2018 to June 2018 were selected as control group and were given routine nursing. 30 patients with postpartum hemorrhage due to uterine atony in our hospital from July 2018 to December 2018 were selected as study group and were given predictive nursing. The hemorrhage situation, psychological state and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The hemorrhage time, 24 h postpartum hemorrhage volume and length of hospital stay in the study group were less than those in the control group, the SDS score and SAS score after nursing were lower than those in the control group, and incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Predictive nursing can improve the hemorrhage situation in patients with postpartum hemorrhage due to uterine atony, shorten the length of hospital stay, relieve negative emotions, and reduce the incidence of complications.
