免疫球蛋白静脉滴注辅助治疗对重症肺炎患儿免疫功能及炎性因子的影响

目的观察免疫球蛋白静脉滴注辅助治疗对重症肺炎患儿免疫功能及炎性因子的影响。方法选取2017年4月至2018年9月我院收治的82例重症肺炎患儿,随机分为两组各41例。对照组行常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用免疫球蛋白进行辅助治疗。比较两组的临床疗效,以及治疗前后的免疫功能及炎性因子水平。结果观察组患儿的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患儿的IgM、IgA、IgG水平显著高于对照组,TNF-α、IL-6、IFN-γ水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论免疫球蛋白静脉滴注辅助治疗重症肺炎患儿的疗效显著,可有效提高患儿的免疫功能,降低炎性因子水平。

Effects of Intravenous Infusion of Immunoglobulin as Adjuvant Treatment on the Immune Function and Inflammatory Factors in Children with Severe Pneumonia

Objective To explore the effects of intravenous infusion of immunoglobulin as adjuvant treatment on the immune function and inflammatory factors in children with severe pneumonia.Methods 82 children with severe pneumonia admitted to our hospital from April 2017 to September 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 41 cases in each group. The control group received regular treatment, and the observation group received immunoglobulin for adjuvant treatment on the basis of the control group. The clinical effects, and the immune function and levels of inflammatory factors before and after treatment were compared between two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of IgM, IgA, and IgG in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the levels of TNF-α, IL-6, and IFN-γ were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusions Intravenous infusion of immunoglobulin as adjuvant treatment for children with severe pneumonia has significant efficacy, which can effectively improve the immune function, and reduce the levels of inflammatory factors of children.
