维生素D改善多囊卵巢综合征患者内分泌代谢及胰岛素抵抗的临床观察

目的探讨维生素D对多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者内分泌代谢及胰岛素抵抗的改善效果。方法选取2018年1月至2019年3月我院收治的80例合并胰岛素抵抗的PCOS患者,随机分为观察组与对照组各40例。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用维生素D辅助治疗,对比两组患者治疗前后的内分泌代谢指标及胰岛素抵抗改善情况。结果治疗后,观察组的LH、T、FINS水平明显低于对照组,25-OH-VD3水平明显高于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论对合并胰岛素抵抗的PCOS患者采用维生素D辅助常规治疗,可显著改善患者内分泌代谢及胰岛素抵抗情况,值得推广。

Clinical Observation on Vitamin D in Improving Endocrine Metabolism and Insulin Resistance in Patients with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

Objective To explore the effect of vitamin D in improving endocrine metabolism and insulin resistance in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods 80 cases of PCOS patients with insulin resistance admitted to our hospital January 2018 to March 2019 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine treatment,and the observation group received vitamin D adjuvant therapy on the basis of the control group.The improvement of endocrine metabolism indicators and insulin resistance before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the LH,T and FINS levels of the the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the 25-OH-VD3 level was significantly higher than that of the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions Vitamin D combined with routine treatment in PCOS patients with insulin resistance can significantly improve the endocrine metabolism and insulin resistance,which is worthy of promotion.
