| 摘 要： | 目的探讨临床护理路径对结肠癌术后造口患者焦虑情绪及胃肠功能恢复的影响。方法 78例结肠癌术后造口患者随机分为两组各39例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予临床护理路径,比较两组的焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分及胃肠功能恢复情况。结果观察组护理后的SAS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的初次排气时间、首次进食时间、首次肠鸣音恢复时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论临床护理路径可缓解结肠癌术后造口患者的焦虑情绪,利于胃肠功能的恢复。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effect of clinical nursing pathway on the anxious emotion and recovery of gastrointestinal function in patients with colostomy after colon cancer surgery. Methods 78 patients with colostomy after colon cancer surgery were randomly divided into two groups, with 39 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received clinical nursing pathway. The score of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS) and recovery of gastrointestinal function were compared between two groups.Results The SAS score after nursing in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). The time of first exhaust, the time of first eating and the time of first bowel sound recovery in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Clinical nursing pathway can relieve the anxious emotion of patients with colostomy after colon cancer surgery, and is beneficial to the recovery of gastrointestinal function. |
