宫腔镜联合腹腔镜治疗对输卵管性不孕症患者输卵管通畅率及宫内妊娠率的影响

目的观察宫腔镜联合腹腔镜治疗对输卵管性不孕症患者输卵管通畅率及宫内妊娠率的影响。方法选取我院2017年3月至2018年1月收治的94例输卵管性不孕症患者,随机分为对照组和观察组各47例。对照组行腹腔镜输卵管疏通术治疗,观察组行宫腔镜联合腹腔镜治疗。观察两组的输卵管通畅率、宫内妊娠率及术后并发症情况。结果与对照组相比,观察组术后3个月的输卵管总通畅率较高,术后并发症发生率较低,术后1年宫内妊娠率较高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论宫腔镜联合腹腔镜治疗可有效提高输卵管性不孕症患者输卵管通畅率及宫内妊娠率,且术后并发症发生率较低,具有较高的安全性,值得临床推广。

Influence of Hysteroscopy Combined with Laparoscopy Treatment on Tubal Patency Rate and Intrauterine Pregnancy Rate in Patients with Tubal Infertility

Objective To observe the influence of hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy treatment on tubal patency rate and intrauterine pregnancy rate in patients with tubal infertility.Methods 94 cases of patients with tubal infertility admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to January 2018 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 47 cases in each group.The control group was given laparoscopic tubal dredging,and the observation group was given hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy.The tubal patency rate,intrauterine pregnancy rate and postoperative complications of the two groups were observed.Results Compared with the control group,the total tubal patency rate of the observation group 3 months after operation was higher,the incidence of postoperative complications was lower,and the intrauterine pregnancy rate 1 year after operation was higher(all P<0.05).Conclusions Hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy treatment can effectively improve the tubal patency rate and intrauterine pregnancy rate in patients with tubal infertility,with lower incidence of postoperative complications and higher safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
