高血压左心室肥厚伴左心衰竭的心脏彩超诊断价值分析

目的分析心脏彩超在高血压左心室肥厚伴左心衰竭患者中的诊断价值。方法选择我院收治的高血压左心室肥厚伴左心衰竭患者160例作为观察组,同期健康者160例作为对照组。两组均接受心脏彩超检查,比较两组的收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、左室射血分数(LVEF)、左室收缩末期内径(LVESD)、左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD);比较观察组不同心功能等级患者的心脏相关指标。结果观察组的SBP、DBP高于对照组,LVEF低于对照组,LVESD、LVEDD高于对照组,组间有显著性差异(P<0.01)。观察组患者中,心功能等级越高,LVEF越低,LVESD和LVEDD越高。结论高血压左心室肥厚伴左心衰竭患者的心脏功能存在不同程度的变化,心脏彩超可作为诊断该病的有效工具,值得在临床中推广应用。

Analysis on the Diagnostic Value of Cardiac Color Doppler Ultrasonography in Hypertension Complicated with Left Ventricular Hypertrophy and Left Ventricular Failure

Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of cardiac color Doppler ultrasonography in hypertensive patients with left ventricular hypertrophy and left ventricular failure. Methods 160 cases of hypertensive patients with left ventricular hypertrophy and left ventricular failure admitted to our hospital were selected as the observation group, and 160 healthy subjects at the same period were selected as the control group. Both groups received cardiac color Doppler ultrasonography examination. The systolic blood pressure(SBP), diastolic blood pressure(DBP), left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF), left ventricular end systolic diameter(LVESD) and left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDD) were compared between two groups, and the heart related indicators of patients with different cardiac function degree in the observation group were compared.Results The SBP and DBP of observation group were higher than those of control group,LVEF was lower than that of control group, and LVESD and LVEDD were higher than those of control group(P<0.01). In the observation group, the higher the cardiac function degree, the lower the LVEF, and the higher the LVESD and LVEDD.Conclusions Cardiac function of hypertensive patients with left ventricular hypertrophy and left ventricular failure varies to different degrees. Cardiac color Doppler ultrasonography can be used as an effective tool for diagnosing the disease, and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
