甲泼尼龙联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿难治性支原体肺炎的疗效与安全性分析

目的研究甲泼尼龙联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿难治性支原体肺炎的效果。方法选取我院收治的难治性支原体肺炎患儿58例,随机分为单药组和联合组各29例。单药组采用阿奇霉素治疗,联合组采用甲泼尼龙联合阿奇霉素治疗,比较两组的治疗效果、恢复时间及药物不良反应发生率。结果联合组的治疗总有效率为96.55%,高于单药组的79.31%(P<0.05)。联合组的住院时间、体温恢复正常时间、咳嗽消失时间及肺部啰音消失时间均短于单药组(P<0.05)。联合组的药物不良反应发生率为10.34%,与单药组的6.90%比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论甲泼尼龙联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿难治性支原体肺炎,可提高患儿的治疗效果,加速患儿临床症状的消失及病情的恢复,且不会增加药物不良反应,是一种安全、有效的治疗方法。

Analysis on Efficacy and Safety of Methylprednisolone Combined with Azithromycin in the Treatment of Children with Refractory Mycoplasma Pneumonia

Objective To study the effect of methylprednisolone combined with azithromycin in the treatment of children with refractory mycoplasma pneumonia.Methods 58 cases of children with refractory mycoplasma pneumonia admitted to our hospital were selected and randomly divided into single group and combined group,with 29 cases in each group.The single group was treated with azithromycin,and the combined group was treated with methylprednisolone combined with azithromycin.The treatment effect,recovery time and the incidence of adverse drug reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the combined group was 96.55%,higher than 79.31%in the single group(P<0.05).The hospitalization time,body temperature recovery time,cough disappearance time and lung rale disappearance time of the combined group were shorter than those of the single group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse drug reactions in the combined group was 10.34%,had no statistical difference with 6.90%in the single group(P>0.05).Conclusions Methylprednisolone combined with azithromycin in the treatment of children with refractory mycoplasma pneumonia can improve the treatment effect,accelerate the disappearance of clinical symptoms and disease recovery,and does not increase the adverse drug reactions,which is a safe and effective treatment method.
