银杏酮酯滴丸联合多奈哌齐治疗轻中度血管性痴呆的疗效观察

目的探讨银杏酮酯滴丸联合多奈哌齐治疗轻中度血管性痴呆的临床疗效。方法选取2018年3月至2019年3月我院收治的100例轻中度血管性痴呆患者,随机分为两组各50例。对照组给予盐酸多奈哌齐片治疗,试验组给予银杏酮酯滴丸联合多奈哌齐治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、认知功能及生活活动能力。结果治疗后,试验组的MMSE评分、ADL评分显著高于对照组,CDR评分显著低于对照组,颈动脉内膜厚度显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论银杏酮酯滴丸联合多奈哌齐治疗轻中度血管性痴呆,能显著提高患者的临床疗效,改善患者的认知功能。

Observation on the Efficacy of Ginkgo Ketone Ester Dropping Pills Combined with Donepezil in the Treatment of Mild and Moderate Vascular Dementia

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Ginkgo Ketone Ester Dropping Pills combined with donepezil in the treatment of mild and moderate vascular dementia.Methods 100 patients with mild and moderate vascular dementia admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with donepezil hydrochloride tablets, and the experimental group was treated with Ginkgo Ketone Ester Dropping Pills combined with donepezil. The clinical efficacy, cognitive function and life activity ability were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the MMSE score and ADL score of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group, the CDR score was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the carotid intimal thickness was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusions Ginkgo Ketone Ester Dropping Pills combined with donepezil in the treatment of mild and moderate vascular dementia can significantly improve the clinical efficacy, and improve the cognitive function of patients.
