“听说读写”四维全程护理在脑卒中后运动性失语症患者中的应用

摘    要:目的探讨“听说读写”四维全程护理在脑卒中后运动性失语症患者中的应用效果。方法选取2017年4月至2018年4月我院收治的脑卒中后运动性失语症患者62例,随机分为观察组和对照组各31例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施“听说读写”四维全程护理,评价两组患者护理后的语言能力及生存质量。结果护理后,观察组的听理解、名词与动词理解、句子理解、口语命令执行评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的生理、心理、社会交流评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论“听说读写”四维全程护理可显著提升脑卒中后运动性失语症患者的语言能力及生存质量。

Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of listening-speaking-reading-writing four-dimensional whole course nursing in patients with motor aphasia after stroke.Methods 62 patients with motor aphasia after stroke admitted to our hospital from April 2017 to April 2018 were selected and randomly divided into observation group(n=31)and control group(n=31).The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given listening-speaking-reading-writing four-dimensional whole course nursing.The language ability and quality of life after nursing of the two groups were evaluated.Results After nursing,the scores of listening comprehension,noun and verb comprehension,sentence comprehension and oral command execution in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);The physiological,psychological and social communication scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Listening-speaking-reading-writing four-dimensional whole course nursing can significantly improve the language ability and quality of life in patients with motor aphasia after stroke.
